These terms of use describe the drafting service.

WorksheetGenerator.org creates printable K–12 worksheet drafts and answer keys for ELA/Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies. It is a drafting tool for teachers, not a curriculum, a grading service, a standards-certification service, or a student-facing platform.

2.Terms of use: your material

These terms of use cover material rights.

You confirm you have the right to use whatever you paste into the generator. You keep your rights in your material; we claim no ownership over it.

Never upload student names, contact details, or other sensitive student information.

3.Terms of use: AI-generated drafts

These terms of use require teacher review.

Generated questions and answers can be wrong, off-grade, or misaligned with your standards. We don’t guarantee correctness or alignment with any specific standard — review everything before you print. That review step is yours, and it’s required.

4.Terms of use: plans and limits

These terms of use explain allowances and retention.

Anonymous use includes one full worksheet, kept for 24 hours. Free accounts get 5 finished worksheets a month. When checkout is available, Pro includes 300 finished worksheets per subscription month. Both plans keep saved worksheets and their reading passages until you delete them. Pro Studio question snapshots, templates, school styles and batch inputs remain until you remove those items or delete your account. Saving a new worksheet or canceling Pro does not delete older worksheets.

A “finished worksheet” is one that generates, passes checks, and saves. Failures, timeouts, retries, and duplicate requests never count against your quota.

5.Terms of use: billing

These terms of use cover cancellation and billing.

The pricing and checkout pages show whether paid enrollment is currently available, together with the current price and billing interval. You can cancel an active subscription from your account page; access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. For billing help or a refund request, email support@worksheetgenerator.org with your account email, payment date, order or receipt number, and the reason for your request. We reply by email with the outcome or a request for more information; submitting a request does not itself cancel your subscription.

6.Terms of use: fair use

These terms of use limit service abuse. Breaking the terms of use can pause or close an account.

Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, no unauthorized automated generation outside our built-in batch tools, no attempts to bypass quotas or rate limits. We can pause or close accounts that do.

7.Terms of use: liability

These terms of use describe liability limits.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for classroom outcomes, printing mishaps, or losses from relying on unreviewed drafts. For legal requests, email legal@worksheetgenerator.org.
