What we keep, and for how long.
Last updated September 3, 2026
1.What we collect
Your account includes your email address and may include a display name, profile image, and sign-in-provider identifier. Depending on how you sign in, an authentication provider may also store a password hash or provider token. We also keep the worksheets you save, your monthly usage count, preferences, and plan status.
We use a cookie to recognize your anonymous session and your sign-in, and we rate-limit by IP address to block abuse. We don’t use browser fingerprinting.
2.Your teaching material
Topics, pasted passages, worksheets, and exported files are used for one thing: making your worksheet. They are not used to advertise to you or sold to anyone.
Uploaded page photos may be sent securely to DeepSeek for AI image reading. If that service is unavailable, we use our OCR service as a backup. We keep the reusable original and editable recognized text in your private material library until you delete the material.
Please don’t paste student names, emails, or other personal information. The product never asks for student data, and it isn’t designed to receive it.
3.Retention, in plain numbers
Anonymous previews and their generation records are scheduled for deletion after their 24-hour session expires.
For signed-in accounts, the full text of a pasted passage is deleted 7 days after the worksheet is created. The worksheet itself — questions, answers, and the short passage excerpts each answer cites — stays in your library until you delete it.
PDF export currently uses your browser’s print dialog. We do not upload or retain a separate PDF file; you can print or save another copy from a retained worksheet.
4.Deleting things
Delete any worksheet from your library at any time. Delete your whole account from the account page — that cancels an active subscription first, removes private source files, and then removes account-owned database records. If an external cleanup step fails, deletion stops so it can be retried instead of reporting a partial deletion as complete.
5.AI-generated content
Questions and answers are drafted by software and can be wrong. Every worksheet carries the reminder: AI-generated draft — review before use. You are the editor of record for anything you print.
6.What we don’t claim
We don’t claim certifications we haven’t earned. As we complete privacy or education-compliance reviews, this page will say so — until then, assume none.
This plain-language document describes the current service. It is not a privacy, security, or education-compliance certification.
